Board President Brooke Rodriguez Supports Philanthropic Efforts
We are excited to share that the American Indian Resource Center has donated $1,500 to support our ongoing work at the Borikua Taino Foundation. This gift follows Board President Brooke Rodriguez's collaboration with their team, where she led seven workshops between September and November to guide their fundraising efforts in grant applications. We’re deeply grateful for this support and the collaborative spirit shown by the American Indian Resource Center.
According to Native Americans in Philanthropy, "Native Americans Are 2.9% Of U.S. Population But Receive 0.4% Of Philanthropic Dollars" so supporting one another's fundraising efforts can elevate us all.
The American Indian Resource Center (AIRC) is dedicated to advancing the educational, social, and economic well-being of Indigenous communities. They provide programs in education, cultural preservation, and leadership development, aiming to empower Native American communities for sustainable growth and success.
