Yucayekeno Connect is going to the MIT Solve Challenge Finals in NYC!
Indigenous innovators continue to harness traditional knowledge and technology for the benefit of their communities and our shared earth. That’s why SolveMIT launched its seventh year of the Indigenous Communities Fellowship. Our tribal enrollment project, Yucayekeno Connect has been chosen as a finalist! Over $1M in prize funding is available to the most promising solutions. Suppose Yucayekeno Connect is selected as one of the top six Indigenous solutions. In that case, we will be headed to New York City on September 23 for Solve Challenge Finals to meet the other selected teams and network with social impact leaders from around the world!
